Hui Wan

I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Michigan, under the supervision of Prefessor Xiang Zhou.

My research interest includes applications of deep learning and statistical methods in biological data analysis.

• Single-cell/spatial transcriptomics data analysis: cell clustering, cell-type annotation, novel cell detection

• Single-cell multi-omics data analysis: cell-type annotation, data integration, batch effect correction
